Registration and Booking

To book our workshops, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Be authorized to make bookings on behalf of your organization
  • Agree to our payment terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Payment is required to secure workshop bookings. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and credit cards. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made:

  • More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

We may cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and training resources provided during our workshops are proprietary to Fupopiduqem. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fupopiduqem provides training services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or certification results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Code of Conduct

Workshop participants are expected to:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully
  • Arrive on time and prepared
  • Respect confidentiality of other participants
  • Follow all safety guidelines

Privacy and Data Protection

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
