Our Story

Fupopiduqem was founded in 2008 with a clear mission: to elevate Halal food safety standards across Malaysia and beyond. What began as a small training initiative in Kota Kinabalu has grown into the nation's most respected authority on Halal food packaging and safety compliance.

Our journey started when our founder, Dr. Ahmad Zulkifli Rahman, recognized a critical gap in the Malaysian food industry. While Halal certification was becoming increasingly important for global trade, many food manufacturers lacked the technical expertise to implement proper safety protocols and packaging standards that met international requirements.

From our first workshop attended by just 12 participants, we've grown to train over 2,500 professionals annually. Our training programs have helped countless Malaysian food businesses achieve JAKIM certification, enter export markets, and establish themselves as trusted Halal food providers.

2008

Foundation Year

Fupopiduqem established in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. First Halal packaging workshop conducted with 12 participants from local food manufacturers.

2010

JAKIM Accreditation

Received official accreditation from JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia) as an approved Halal training provider. Expanded program offerings to include food safety protocols.

2013

National Expansion

Opened training centers in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Reached milestone of training 500 professionals. Launched specialized HACCP implementation workshops.

2016

International Recognition

Achieved recognition from International Halal Integrity Alliance. Began consulting work with multinational food corporations. Training programs expanded to include supply chain management.

2019

With over 20 years in food science and Halal certification, Dr. Ahmad pioneered Malaysia's first comprehensive Halal packaging training program. PhD in Food Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Certified JAKIM Halal Auditor and HACCP Lead Implementer.

Siti Nurhaliza Mohd Yusof

Senior Halal Compliance Trainer

15+ years experience in Halal certification and food safety auditing. Former JAKIM certification officer with extensive knowledge of MS1500 standards. Specializes in packaging material compliance and cross-contamination prevention protocols.

Ir. Muhammad Faizal Abdullah

Food Safety Systems Expert

Registered engineer with Professional Engineer (Ir.) certification. Expert in HACCP system design and implementation. Has consulted for major Malaysian food manufacturers on achieving international food safety certifications including ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000.
